Ashley Madekwe (born on December 6, 1981) is a famous English actress. Ashley Madekwe, born 6 December 1981, is a British actor. She is English, but the father of her is Nigerian. She was raised in the South London Council Estate, and then was a student at The Brit School aged 14. She received her Bachelor of Arts in acting from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She appeared on stage in several productions throughout her school years including King Henry V, as Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw. Madekwe began acting with an untitled short film Storm Damage. In the years since, she's been a guest star in Teachers, Doctors, Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film was Cassandra's Dream by Woody Allen, opposite Colin Farrell. Following that, she was cast as Elisha in an BBC Three drama series pilot known as West 10 LDN. Additionally she was a part of Trexx and Flipside for six seasons, as the character Ollie. In 2008, she was offered the Bambi part on the ITV2 Drama series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was in both series 2 and 3. Madekwe was a part of the 2008 comedy feature film How to Lose Friends & Affect People. Her theatre credits are Little Sweet Thing directed by Roy Williams as well as Flight Path directed by David Watson.
Madekwe first made waves in the US with The Beautiful Life. The drama series ran at The CW for only two episodes before being canceled. She was cast in February 2011 as Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama Revenge. Madekwe starred as a regular in the drama series on ABC Revenge during two seasons. The show was announced in May 2013 that she'd leave the show following her appearance as a guest on the first episode of season 3. From 2014 until 2016, she portrayed Tituba on the TV series Salem.
Madekwe, her longtime partner, Iddo, married Madekwe in June of 2012. They've collaborated on Secret Diary of a Call Girl, and he was also on the show with Madekwe in the television show Salem.
Ashley Mae Sebera (better known as Dana Brooke) is a professional wrestler, who is a part of World Wrestling Entertainment. Sebera earned a degree in 2011 from Kent State University with majors in fashion and design. The minor she earned was business. Sebera attempted a number of different activities like diving, until she decided to return to gymnastics. Sebera ended up putting down gymnastics at the age of 18 because of severe ankle injuries. After the age of 18, Sebera suffered severe injuries in both her ankles. This forced her to stop. Sebera made her debut with the 2012 National Physique Committee competitions between the year 2010 and 2011. She also competed for her first competition, the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness. Sebera signed a contract with WWE in 2013, and she made her WWE debut in 2014 under the name Dana Brooke. Her WWE NXT debut was in 2016 after three years of training and competing in WWE NXT shows. Sebera has also continued to be a part of the scene outside professional wrestling. The 2017 Arnold's Classic she returned in the fitness world.
