tito ortiz-1Jacob Christopher is an American mixed martial artist and politician. He is currently signed with the Combate Americas promotion. His stints at the Ultimate Fighting Championship are his most well-known. He was an earlier Light Heavyweight champion and held the title from April 14, 2000 to September 26 the 26th of September, 2003. He was one of the pioneers in the sport together with Chuck Liddell and Randy Couture. Ortiz became the biggest pay per view winner of 2006 thanks to his bouts with Forrest Griffin, Ken Shamrock and Liddell.
